D Team~Squires

Hello! We are Team 5509D Squires. Our team is a middle school team and the only VHS middle school team. We have a fully built and functional robot that we practice driving with. On certain days we bring it to competitions. Our team consists of five people: Aidan, Louie, Levi, Addy and Henry. Together we will make a powerful and smart team. On our team Louie is the Engineering Notebook-Leader, Aidan is Scout Leader and he helps with Hardware and Software and he is also a driver, Levi is Software Leader and he over-see's the Auton functions on the robot, Addy is Online Challenge Leader Co-Scout & Co-Engineering Notebook, Henry is the Hardware Leader and a driver.

We do like to volunteer to help at IQ and VRC competitions and anything else we can help with. We also go to our own competitions as well as watch other competitions to see who we are up against: we like to get an early look at our competition. We have a team meeting on Tuesdays and on Thursdays and we either drive or build our robot depending on how far we have our robot built right then. Now we have our robot fully built and we are driving really well. Our drivers, Aidan and Henry, are very good. Our entire team has full confidence that with them as drivers we can make it to Worlds.
